James Wallace is a native Texan, and long-time Houstonian, with extensive experience in the areas of development, finance, and brokerage of real estate properties. His alliances extend to the development and ownership of properties in Texas and California.


Steven E. Halpin, a native Houstonian, is an attorney who is certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His legal experience encompasses all areas of real estate development and financing and partnership law.

These longtime business partners organized Wallace/Halpin, LLC in January 2000. Current projects include The Tanglewood and Venti, an exclusive collection of twenty condominium residences also in Houston.

Ronald Tate and David Lazares contribute vital experience in the development of all types of residential properties, primarily in California and Hawaii. With headquarters in Silicon Valley, their company is active in all aspects of real estate development.
